Easy & Yummy Ham for dinner! Take a center cut smoked ham slice (mine was about 11/4lb) place about 1/2 cup of brown sugar in skillet with 1/4 cup of pineapple (I used crushed) put ham on top & top with more brown sugar and pineapple. Cook for about 10 minutes on med high covered then flip, spoon sauce on top and simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Take lid off and let sauce reduce for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
