Overnight Sausage and Egg Casserole Fry & drain 1lb sausage. Mix 12 beaten eggs, 2 1/2C milk, 1 1/2tsp dry mustard, 2C grated cheddar cheese, 4-6 sliced, cubed, bread (day old or frozen work best), salt & pepper to taste. Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350F for 30min.
