honey cinnamon roasted chickpeas -easy snack that is good for you! Preheat oven 375 degrees. 2 cups chickpeas rinsed & patted dry coated with 1 teasp. ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 teasp veg oil, 1 tbsp. honey. bake @ 375 spread on cookie sheet until no longer soft in centre (35-40 min.)
