Mix plain greek yogurt with a Hidden Valley ranch packet (I do 1 cup of yogurt to half a ranch packet) A healthy & tasty way to eat your veggies! I cup of plain greek yogurt: about 130 calories vs. 480 calories for a cup of sour cream!!!! A good tip is to make it in small batches
