Thick & creamy mint chocolate milkshakes without all the calories and fat. Only 5 simple ingredients! Smoothie is gluten free as written.

Breakfast: multigrain toast with one light laughing cow cheese and sliced hard boiled egg. Fruit salad, vanilla Greek yogurt and granola.

Add to blender: 6 oz. brewed coffee (Pike Place Roast recommended), 1 banana, ½ cup chocolate almondmilk, 2 Tbsp. chia seeds, 1 Tbsp. honey and 1 Tbsp peanut butter. Blend until smooth. To make smoothie thicker, add 1 cup ice cubes and blend again.
