I did this workout today (7/3). I changed it up just a tad. I started out with this cycle then added 10 minutes of cardio between each cycle. I was in a rush to get a quick work out in, but you could do 20 minutes of cardio for more of a challenge. This was a really good work out though. Challenging but definitely doable. I like that it can be adjusted to any fitness level.
