The tent effect was made with $1 plastic tablecloths cut in half lengthwise and tacked to the ceiling. It really gave the room a dramatic look for very little money. Use the same technique to make the swags over the doors and archways.
TO DO: Remember to use birthday cake sprinkles with tea lights in a votive as table decor..cute for a birthday party!
