I usually make six shapes at one time. The jar to the right holds the grunging mixture. Once the paint is dry, and you have sanded the shape, paint with your grunging mixture.

Ornies dipped in wax!! Paint the snowflake black, let dry, add rusty wire hanger(this gives you something to hold to dip in wax) and then dipped in melted wax and then in cinnamon or you could paint black let dry, then mod podge, then in cinnamon but I've haven't tried it with the mod podge so I don't know if it will have the same look. Also if you use the wax I had to press and few lumps to smooth them out while wax was still warm. Hope this helps.
