This potentially life-changing mac & cheese is worth the 15 minutes by the stove. You won't believe how rich and creamy it is with NO butter, NO cream, and NO Velveeta in the recipe. (Boil noodles in milk!)

Baked corn on the cob, I just tried this tonight and I don't think I will ever make corn on the cob on the stovetop again! It came so tender and yummy, and you can use the foil as a plate if you're a messy eater like me ^^

Spaghetti squash is so easy & really delicious. Just microwave a minute or two to soften the skin, cut in half, remove seeds & bake open side down in olive oil for 20-25 minutes. Then turn & bake another 15-20 minutes open face up. Salt, pepper, butter & pull apart with a fork, good to serve.

I need to try this: Never shuck corn again! 4-5 minutes in microwave for one ear; 10 minutes for 3 ears. The husks keep the moisture in and steams the corn. Cut an inch off the wide end and the corn slips right out...no silks!

Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob

To try this summer: Want to know the easiest way to cook corn on the cob? Throw it in the oven at 350° for 25-30 minutes. That’s it. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk.
