These guys make lefse for a living, so if they say their favorite recipe is their Aunt Charlotte's, I'm inclined to take a good look at it. Note that it's done with russets instead of red potatoes. Hmmmmm.
Kringla - My dad (b. 1921) told me his mother (100% Norwegian) would make these for Christmas when he was a little boy. They are a short bread cookie, not too sweet, excellent for dipping in a glass a milk too :)
