Take some lovely fruit, slice it up, herbs (if you want), mash up in the bottom of a mason jar, fill with ice, then water, put lid on and keep in fridge for a nice alternative to pop. Tip - use Stevia herb (you can buy the plant), as a nice no-calorie, no-fake-drugs alternative to sugar.
