I made this yesterday and it turned out so delicious! I ended up using chili beans instead of black because that's what I already had at home. Topped it with sour cream and fresh cilantro and ate it with tortilla chips instead of rice. It was yummy! I only cooked it for 6 1/2 hours and the chicken was perfectly ready. The chicken breasts were small and I didn't want to over cook!
