How to Foam Roll Like a Pro: I love my foam roller! It's the best start and end to a day. I found that with my back problems, I can roll after a workout (lower back not pictured here, but it's great), then ice a bit, and instead of pain I can feel a lot stronger! Just be careful around the upper back and ribs, because I popped one out of place rolling and it hurt like a BEAST.
