Bruschetta chicken = 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 4 – 5 garlic cloves, 1 cup fresh basil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 1 package of cherry or grape tomatoes, 1/2 red onion. Bake at 350. Yum!
