peony, dahlia, mum and hyacinth * This is such a pretty bouquet. All four kinds of flowers are easy to grow and showy in bouquets.

lovely

An old wooden ladder stacked with plants is a great way to add layers of height on a patio or courtyard. The trailing wisteria above draws your eye upward too. Praying my wisteria will bloom this year

ranunculus

Gorgeous ranunculus- pretty sure these are my favorite! Won't be getting married until I can afford to basically be swimming in these at my wedding.

I love these cute succulent and mercury glass arrangements. So cute for a dinner party!

Unique Planters from Salvaged Materials

[I like the miniature succulents as decorations!] Glitzy Old Glasses If your old, decorative glasses aren't holding water anymore, have them hold plants such as drooping string of pearls, reindeer moss, and miniature succulents.

Wisteria - If you're lucky enough to have a wisteria in your garden, then August is a good time to trim any long shoots. This should help encourage more flowers for the bumblebees and honeybees next year

Wisteria is a very colorful vine and fast growing. It is good for arbor coverage or as a stand alone plant. Flowers are generally out around Easter each year. Need to re-plant in our new yard!

Classic country garden lawn Colourful plants and flowers are a must in a country-style garden. Here, the front paved courtyard is edged in roses, lavender and clematis, and leads down to the lawn and borders planted with hardy geraniums, verbascum, and campanula.
