West African Peanut Soup Recipe Made this for my family and it was a hit. I used collard greens (not kale) and just a squeeze of Siracha. I'm not crazy on spicy food so it was just right for me. My dad who loves spicy food didn't add any extra Siracha because the soup has plenty of other flavors. Would double this recipe next time to have leftovers. -AD
