Cheesecake Fat Stripping Frappe' (S) 1/4 Cup Half & Half 1 oz. Lite Cream Cheese 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk  ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract;  2 Tbsp. Flax Meal ½ tsp Gluccie  4 packets Truvia; ½  a scoop of plan approved protein powder.  Mix everything together well, and then add ice and a little water to your 2 cup mark.  Mix again, until thickened. Top with a dollop of homemade sugar free whipped cream.
