This is the only product we've ever found that actually removes stains from Tupperware and silicone. Without it, the silicone liners that I used for my lasagna cupcakes (http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2012/02/lasagna-cupcakes-two-ways.html) would have been forever red.

Hemp seeds are super healthy and great for baking with. I used them in a hemp cobbler http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2011/05/raspberry-oatmeal-and-hemp-seed-cobbler.html and hemp cupcakes http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2011/05/hemp-tarts-cupcake-style.html. Oh - and don't be confused, hemp seed is produced from a different variety of cannabis than marijuana, one that won't chill you out and give you the munchies

Justin's Nut Butter blows Nutella away. I seriously bought a case of it when it was on sale at our Whole Foods.

I've never owned one of these, but you can't beat it for sno cone making fun (plus there is something very comical about using to make adult snow cones like my limoncello snow cones http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2012/05/limoncello-snow-cones.html).

Totally adorable mason jar measuring cups. Not sure how functional they would be, but they still seem like a must have!

Cinnamon extract is a fun item to keep around. You can use it to give desserts a spicy cinnamon flavor like Red Hot candies. I used it for my Red Hot cupcakes http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2014/02/red-hot-cupcakes-are-not-for-the-faint-of-heart.html

Making homemade graham crackers is easy and fun (the recipe is on Cupcake Project: http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2008/03/homemade-graham-cracker-recipe-graham.html). You'll need this flour to get started.

These are my favorite new measuring cups (and I've tried a lot of styles!) They pour perfectly into my mixing bowl, plus the set has sizes I've never seen before:1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 1 cup, 1-1/2 Cup and 2 Cup. I've been surprised at how often I use the two cup measure.

This egg tray is a total specialty item, but if you plan to made Easter egg cookies (http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2013/03/easter-egg-cookies.html) or cupcakes baked in eggshells (http://www.cupcakeproject.com/2011/04/easter-cupcakes-baked-in-real-egg.html) it will make the presentation so much fancier.
