Weight Watchers - Crispy Sweet Potato Fries Preheat oven to Cut potatoes into inch wedges. Toss with 1 tblsp oil ? tsp pepper in med bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a nonstickbaking sheet. Bake turning once until browned/crisp about 35 min.
