Michael Frame, Hoene Springs resident and political candidate, along with Ron Nuetzel, of the LaBarque Creek Watershed along Highway FF, were present Saturday to support the cause. Frame's dad was killed in a car accident, and he said there is a special pain that comes when relatives are killed rather than die. His 2006 campaign promise was about road improvements and highway safety.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department donated the money for the concrete that holds up this new safety billboard at the intersection of Highways W and FF. Here is the sign just prior to the unveiling.
