pumpkin pancakes. I used almond milk & they were still delicious. I added a little extra milk to thin the batter a bit. This recipe made about 14 pancakes. I topped with candied pecans & powdered sugar.
Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancakes: These were ok. The boys ate them fine, but they definitely tasted whole wheat. I think I am hoping to find a recipe that mimics one that the diner nearby does every fall and this is not it! Still taste good though.
