I've been practicing for 12 years, although my earliest inspiration was my mother's role as a Hatha teacher in the 1970s. I'm deeply grateful for all the forms of Yoga continually available to me including ayurvedic, hatha vinyasa, Maha, ashtanga, tantric disciplines and most recently Kundalini. I believe everyone can benefit from Yoga and am on the path to becoming a teacher. Namaste to all, always!
