    Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients 1 pkg frozen chopped Spinach (thawed, drained) 1 pkg frozen artichokes (or 14oz can) Finely Chopped cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Cup Light Mayo (you can use regular) cup shredded mozzarella cheese tsp. garlic powder Directions Mix all ingredients Spoon into lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on HIGH for about 1 hour. Serve with cubes of crusty bread or assorted crackers.

    Incredible Baked Meatballs. Sound Yummy! -1lb hamburger, (grass-fed if possible) 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 cup panko or bread crumbs 1 small onion, minced or grated 2 cloves garlic, minced (to taste) 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon salt freshly ground pepper to taste 1/4 cup minced fresh basil ~Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground beef with about 1/3 of a large onion- chopped Add a small can of green chilies, 1 can of enchilada sauce, and 2 oz. cream cheese (optional) to the meat Layer in a casserole dish in the following order: Fritos chips, meat mixture, shredded cheese Repeat layers once again Bake at 350° for about 15-20 min or until cheese is bubbly.

    Christmas Eve Creamy Crockpot Hot Chocolate - 1.5 cups heavy cream, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz), 2 cups milk chocolate chips, 6 cups of milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract. With all of that it would have to be good!
