Saskatoon Berry Jelly: This is AMAZING-- and no seeds! They say don't squeeze the juice out, but in this case I recommend you do, or you'll lose a lot of good flavour. Also, it seems a shame to waste the berry meat -- use it for fruit leather!
Saskatoon Berry Jam- Tia and I made this with the Saskatoons from dad's farm. We used an orange instead of a lemon (we didn't have one at home) and you can really taste the hint of orange! For our first time making jam it went great!
