AMAZING Pumpkin Pie Protein Pancakes. I searched high and low for the perfect recipe and found this one.. With all those seasonings, and almond flour instead of oats (diabetes friendly), you know they're amazing! For the vanilla glaze, I mixed 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, almond milk, and a few drops of pure vanilla extract.

My coffee protein shake. This is the best recipe so far with the lowest calories: 8-10 oz cold brewed coffee, 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk, a natural sweetener like Pure Via, and a little ice. Then blend in a blender until smooth and frothy. 140 calories for breakfast
