In my eyes, simple is perfect, classy, and always in style. I made these burgers out of 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef, 1 cup of onions sautéed in grass-fed Kerrygold butter, and homemade 1/2 cup bacon bits (free of nitrites and nitrates). Simple. Delicious. Just made these egg muffins with sautéed onions and broccoli and shredded raw cheese (plus salt and pepper) for kids' lunch tomorrow! SO easy!!
