Here’s Len Dawson smoking a cigarette – a Fresca – during the first ever Super Bowl halftime. Times were different back in 1967, and it wasn’t strange for an athlete to smoke. If a player was caught doing this nowadays, there would be uproar! Dawson went on to lose in the second half, the Kansas City Chiefs were beaten by the Green Bay Packers 35 to 10.
