    Coconut Waffles from Eat, Drink and Shrink 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. almond flour 1/4 c. coconut flour 1/2 c. brown rice flour 1/2 can of coconut milk and then add as much water as you need to create the consistency you want for your griddle.
