pH balanced shampoo recipe: coconut milk and aloe vera. "No Poo" shampoo supposedly isn't healthy for your hair because it is too alkali. Read this girl's research to learn more. I've noticed that my scalp gets very itchy. I started no poo on 1/10/14 and today is 1/23/14. I washed it three times so far, added coconut oil on the ends, and essential oils for nice smell. hair is more voluminous, but dry without the coconut, argan oil, etc. #aloe vera #natural shampoo #natural #coconut milk
