Low-Calorie Summer Cocktail: Mango Daiquiri (Smirnoff Sorbet Light-Mango/Passion Fruit, simple syrup, lime juice)
DISARONNO Apple Cobbler Ingredients: 2 ounce DISARONNO® 1 ounce whole berry cranberry juice not from concentrate/no sugar added 3/4 ounce fresh unfiltered/unpasturized apple juice 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice 2 dashes Peychauds bitters 1 red apple, sliced for garnish Directions: Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake vigorously with ice. Fine strain into cocktail glass.
Pineapple-Rum Cocktail: Yield: 8 Servings Ingredients: 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice 2 cups spiced rum 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from 6 to 8 limes) Lime slices, for garnish Directions: In a large pitcher, stir together pineapple juice, spiced rum, and lime juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices.
“Jack” O’ Lantern Halloween Cocktail 3 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennesee Honey Whiskey 2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 ounce cherry liqueur splash grenadine crushed ice orange peel, for garnish Add Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, orange juice, cherry liqueur and grenadine into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with orange peel.
