Golden Corral Pot Roast cut of boneless chuck roast. put in roasting pan, cover with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 envelope of lipton beefy onion dry soup mix. surround roast with carrots, onions, chunks of potatoes, stalks of celery. cover tightly with lid, or foil. cook in oven for 3 hours @ 350. or 8 hours on low heat in crock pot. remove meat, veggies, place on platter. mix 3 tb corn starch with 2tb cold water, mix into broth, stir for 1 minute to thicken and make gravy.
