Sweet and sticky, yet spicy with notes of garlic, ginger and Szechuan peppers, San Tung’s chicken wings are at the top of San Francisco’s best lists. Leave some room to sample the dry black bean noodles, shrimp and leek dumplings, and sizzling rice soup. You’ll have plenty of time to build an appetite; there’s almost always a line here.

cheong foon - 1 1/2 cup rice flour (red bag), 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour (blue bag), 5 cups water, 1 tbsp oil - make crepes and add anything (shrimp, ground pork/beef)...made about 22 rolls. almost 1 ladle per plate, microwave 1.5 minutes. almost 2 ladle per 11"frying pan, took longer.
