The jewel pairings seem the outside of enough (OTOH, it is from Neiman Marcus!), but a couple of these cocktails are beautiful, and sound tasty, too.

I'm going to try this recipe -- maybe with maple syrup in place of some of the sugar -- for this year's Thanksgiving dinner.
