The Golden Gate Bridge at dusk at Fort Point in San Francisco. It served as a picturesque backdrop for Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak's tensely romantic first meeting in "Vertigo" in 1958, made the cover of Rolling Stone in the '70s and was nearly decimated by a falling Romulan's drill-of-death in 2009's "Star Trek." One way or another, the Golden Gate Bridge has packed a lot of history into its 75-year span.
Lonely Planet lists #SanFrancisco as one of the best places to visit in 2013!

Arizona Visitors in 2009 (through August): 3.2 million Established in 1919, the Grand Canyon is perhaps the most famous of America's national parks. It is an enormous stretch of canyon: 277 miles long (measured by the length of the river at its bottom), 6,000 vertical feet at its deepest and as much as 18 miles across in some places. It takes about two days to get to the bottom of the canyon and back on foot. And it receives close to 5 million visitors each year.

Kasbah du Toubkal Morocco The Kasbah du Toubkal is an extraordinary venture, the product of an imaginative Berber and European partnership. There is a shared belief that the beauty of the Toubkal National Park should be accessible to all who respect it. To this end the Kasbah has been transformed using traditional methods, from the home of a Feudal Caid into an unprecedented haven;
The Kasbah du Toubkal. A place to disappear and make love. Long standing item on my bucket list.
Kasbah du Toubkal, Morocco - The old feudal chief who used this fort as a summer retreat could really pick a location, as every window in the Kasbah looks out onto the Toubkal National Park and High Atlas Moutains. Today, the hilltop site—which was restored using traditional building techniques and local labor—hosts 14 guest rooms, and a portion of the room rates are funneled back into the local Berber village that surrounds it.
