Chicken and Biscuits Pot Pie. I love the idea of the biscuits on top instead of the traditional crust. This is how I make my chicken potpie. I cook the biscuits, then split them, then put bottoms on bottom, ffill with chicken mixture, then top w/biscuit tops. that way u got crust on top & bottom. Yum!-jen
