Earth Day costume: angel wings made out of cheap white paper plates cut in half and layered/fanned out. Halo made of tin foil and 2 full plates with circles cut in the center for arm holes kept the costume totally "recycled".

Buy a rough surfaced tile from Lowe's (less than a dollar) and mod podge pretty scrapbook paper on it. Then mod podge a photo over that. Let dry and wrap with a pretty bow. Easy and cheap! You can also include a small stand to set the tile on. Cute!

To create raised letters for craft projects: print out the font you want and place wax paper over it. Then use puffy paint and trace. Let it dry; then use mod podge to secure them.
