Watermelon Agua Fresca: 4 cups chilled, chopped and seeded watermelon, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon or more honey, ice. 1. Add chopped watermelon, 1 cup water and lime juice to blender. Blend on high until smooth. Strain through a mesh colander, if desired. 2. Chill and serve over ice.
