Founders Cerise Cherry Fermented Ale - Founders Brewing Company, Grand Rapids, Michigan : The first "Must-Try" in a couple weeks, this beer is made with Montmorency sour pie cherries, a Michigan staple. "A few shades darker than pink", it has a "great fruit expression" and, at 6.5% ABV, "formidable alcohol", as "fruit sourness does all the balancing work", with a "mouthwateringly sour, but somehow not aggressive finish".
