Garlic Lover's Roasted Cauliflower (and a roasted cauliflower recipe round up!) -- WAY too much olive oil in this recipe. However, I'm going to give this a shot with (leftover) cauliflower that was steamed, replacing the oil to hold the spices with a mix of veggie stock & yellow mustard. You get a slightly different flavor, savory flavor, and so much less fat and calories at a fraction of the cooking time in the oven.
