What to do with old bananas.... Healthy breakfast alternative: banana oatmeal muffins made with oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, and bananas! I also threw in some blueberries,no flour-good for on the go mornings.

I'll have to experiment with this a bit since I usually sweeten Little Bit's and my oatmeal with honey...but it's a great idea. Better than the $2+ I sometimes spend on the individual oatmeal containers to keep at work for rushed mornings!
