*Marinated olives & feta - 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp dried rosemary 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 lb assorted Olives 1/4 lb feta cheese DIRECTIONS: Heat skillet to low. Add olive oil & allow to warm. Add herbs & allow to infuse the oil for 3 minutes. Add olives & combine. Turn off heat & allow to cool to room temperature. Cube feta cheese into bite size pieces. Add to olives. Pour into a decorative bowl and serve at room temperature.
