Uses of Chia Seeds A note of caution. Soak in water before eating. Chia seeds absorb water in body, so it's better to presoak before eating. Then drink more water after consuming. Also, difficult to swallow dry, so you can choke on dry chia. Best is to add them to smoothies, or incorporate into a recipe, or make the above pudding recipe, which sounds yummy.
