The fabulous King's theater in New York City. Brooklyn's King Theater was once one of the country's grandest movie theaters. The theater opened on Flatbush Ave in 1929 and was one of five "Loew's Wonder Theaters" in New York. The theater closed in 1977 and has been abandoned ever since.
if this was my joint, I'd get morning glories, let them grow up the walls and along the railings. Fill it with ferns and flowers. Have a moss-covered fountain and make this a home for butterflies. How awesome would it be to step into that every morning? Or creepy if you get up in the middle of the night and one flies into your face.
