Oh my! I think I found a new way to make my favorite quiches....in a mini baguette or hard roll! Made these with leftover ham and some of my freshly roasted hatch green chilis! Delish!

This was good, but sooo rich.  Also, not sure if I just packed on the bacon and pecans or what, but I ended up needing to make second batch to roll the rest of the cheese balls in.  Very delicious for sure, but can't eat more than a couple!
