Zucchini Parmesan Crisps Recipe by Ellie Krieger Mods: My parmesan was too hard to grate, so I used Mexican blend cheddar cheese; I put the zucchini rounds on a grate instead of directly on the baking pan, so they would crisp more; I baked at 425 degrees with convection oven and just watched the time. For the next time, I would spray the grate with cooking spray. It was a little hard to clean up.
Sherry Apple Pork Chops - very good. I modified this recipe a little. I added coarsely chopped pecans and white raisins to the apples. I substituted a pear for one of the apples. I used agave syrup instead of brown sugar. I used plum wine instead of sherry. I cooked it in a convection oven for 15mins.
Carmel apple crisp: if the apples are big, up the amt of caramel topping, I cooked in toaster oven on convection and got a little burnt-next time cook for 25-30 minutes. SO TASTY and easy though!! Original pin: http://pinterest.com/pin/147422587773519160/
TLC Home "Calculating Convection Oven Cooking Times" - Okay this makes sense. This is for traditional convection so it is reductions by about a quarter. Info on my turbo says to reduce cook time by 1/2 and reduce regular temp by 50 degrees. Can use this to do math for the turbo by taking that into consideration.
