Memories of one-handed round-offs; running the hurdles & the anchor leg of the 400 yd relay; tossing hay bales; practicing for 5 hrs during the wk for a 15-min drill team performance; hitting home runs or digging from the back-line. My goals: walking without pain in my calves, wearing tuck-in shirts with a belt instead of hiding my pot belly & putting on a square-dance dress and see my WAIST nip in!
