The idea is so simple! Take raw OR frozen chicken breasts, toss them into a one gallon freezer bag, then toss in the sauce and freeze flat. When you’re ready, thaw the chicken and cook! You can bake it, roast it, cook it in your crockpot, grill it.

Spinich & Tortellini Soup Less than 30 minutes! This was the easiest soup recipe EV-ER. Using Trader Joe's ingredients, I substituted mushroom ravioli for the tortellini, used 1 box of low sodium chicken broth and one bag of baby spinich. That's it!
