I have committed to give myself the gift of The Dr. Oz Total Body Reboot. These are steps I follow. I start the morning with a Dr. Oz detox drink & a healthy breakfast of whole grain cereal topped with blueberries, boysenberries,strawberries, prunes, pumpkin & sesame seeds. Meals & snacks are planned ahead of time. My reboot diet consists of colorful raw vegetables to boost my metabolism. Snacks are raw nuts, seeds, dates, prunes, figs, & dried fruit. My reboot exercise is Zumba & hiking! Yes!
