I did this while getting back into a weightlifting work out (3x week) as a really good way to get my core strength recuperated after back surgery. It's a nice lead-in to get back to more serious core routine, or to complement more traditional ab workouts performed on other days of your regimen. also pretty good for beginners, presuming they understand the moves, which muscles on which to focus, and proper form. Goal for 2013. In the llast 2 yrs - I have lost over 100 pounds.I was 267 and now I am 140. But I lost muscle as well as fat.. I must make it a healthy loss. I need to loose 20 to 30 pounds more. I am going to accomplish my goal and keep that way till I go on to my next part of life

Sauteed Spinach with Garlic and Lemon- In 5- to 6-quart saucepan, heat 1 Tbsp of oil on medium-high until hot. Add 2 cloves garlic and cook 1 minute or until golden, stirring. Add 2 10oz bags of spinach, with water clinging to leaves, in 2 to 3 batches; cook 2 minutes or until all spinach fits in saucepan. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or just until spinach wilts, stirring once. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt and enjoy!
