I swear by these and use them for Asian cooking a 14 oz bag is less than 1 carb.Drain, rinse and PAR BOIL these babies for at least 2 mins.I soak my noodles in whatever sauce Im using for at least 3 hours as these noodles have zero flavor and take on whatever you put on them. I dry roast them in a nonstick pan for about 30 mins* 2, 14 oz bags for 2 people* if I want  a drier noodle for something like Pad Thai as they are slightly geletinous .Get them at…
